Types of Requests
Data Correction
If information on your profile is incorrect, contact us with your license number and the specific correction needed. Note: We display data from DBPR public records. If the source data is incorrect, you must update it with DBPR directly.
Profile Enhancement
Want to add photos, a description, or contact information to your profile? Claim your profile to take control of your listing.
Data Export
If you have a claimed profile, you can request an export of all data associated with your account through your Business Dashboard.
Public Records Disclaimer
Call Charlie displays information derived from Florida DBPR public records pursuant to Florida Statutes § 119.01. Because this data is public record, it cannot be removed from our directory. However, we can ensure it is displayed accurately and link to your official DBPR record.
